At Hegazy Stores, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all original packaging included.

Please note that returns and exchanges are only accepted through our physical stores.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue through Instagram.
